These are the qualities you look for in your Home Inspector. Newer homes (1990 and newer) up to 2500 square feet are easier to inspect than older, larger homes. So, when it's easier for me, I make it more affordable for you!

Our "Premium Complete" Inspection includes a free Mold Inspection of the home (testing extra), provides the most comprehensive (40-60 page) Narrative Report in the Inland Northwest, includes a Home Maintenance Video link in the report, and is filled with suggestions and tips to keep your home safe and well-maintained; see below. As you may already know, there are no requirements in Idaho for Home Inspectors; anyone can claim to be one. I want to assure you of my qualifications and abilities: I have been tested and certified by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and also awarded the status of Certified Master Inspector (verify at: www.CertifiedMasterInspector.org), the industry's highest professional designation.
